| Double Domination Double Domination is a game of team combat. There is no risk of item loss in the arena. In the ABC Gate Room there is a gate to the team event room. If you go to the event room you will see some event controllers: ![]() Move your cursor over one of the stones to see what it is – what type of game and what rules. Each stone is a different game/arena – double click one to join the queue for that particular game. Double click it again or use the “[leavequeue” command to leave the queue. While you’re in the queue your status will not be changed; you will not become invulnerable. The team event room is a safe room, but if you wish you can leave the room and do whatever. When a game begins you will be pulled into the arena. When a game starts you will be pulled into your team’s starting location in the double domination arena. Prepare to fight, but have no fear of losing anything. ![]() From that point, your task is to locate, capture, and dominate two control points. Here’s one: ![]() Capture a control point by stepping on it. If i step off the pedestal my team retains control of it, however someone on the opposing team can control it by simply stepping on it themselves. The area is set up such that there’s no shoving people aside; only one person can stand on one spot at a time, so if i stand on the pedestal i will keep control of it until someone kills me. ![]() There are two control points. When your team has both in your possession, the color will change and the domination countdown will begin – this is typically something like 30 seconds; check each game stone for the settings on each arena. The domination countdown resets if the opposing team wrests control of one of the points from your team. However if you maintain control and the countdown completes, your team scores a point. ![]() Different games will have different end goals. They can be set to a timer, such that the most points in a given length of time wins. They can be set to a point target, for example 5 points wins the game; or a point differential such that you need to have 5 points more than the opponent to win the game. Arenas can have different features – teleporters, traps, etc. Use the “[tc” command to chat with your teammates during a game. |
